Do you provide operators with the crane rental?
Yes, all our rentals include certified and highly experienced operators who are trained in safety protocols and familiar with our specific fleet of Kato, Tadano, and Zoomlion cranes.
What safety certifications do your cranes have?
All our equipment is DOSH (JKKP) registered with valid PMA certification and undergoes annual inspections. We comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (as amended in 2022), which absorbed the former Factories and Machinery Act 1967 in June 2024.
Do you survey the site before a lift?
We offer a free call survey to understand your requirements and confirm we are the right fit for your project. A full on-site survey together with a formal lifting plan is a chargeable engineering service — speak to our team about the scope you need.
Are diesel and mobilisation included in the rental?
Diesel coverage and mobilisation/demobilisation are agreed between both parties for each project, as they depend on your site location and how long the crane is on site.
What is the minimum rental period?
Rental duration is set by your project needs, from a single lift through to long-term contracts. Tell us the scope and we will structure the rental around it.
Do you operate at night, on weekends and on public holidays?
Yes. Our 24/7 dispatch team can schedule lifts at night, on weekends and on public holidays. Let us know your required working window when you enquire.
Do you arrange lifting permits or road closures?
No. Lifting permits and road closures, including local council approvals for lifts over public roads, are arranged by the client or the main contractor.
Can you provide a lifting supervisor?
Yes, we can provide a lifting supervisor for your project. Let us know when you enquire so we can assign one alongside the crane and operator.
Is a deposit required to confirm a booking?
A deposit may be required depending on the job. Our team will confirm what is needed when your booking is arranged.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, and any deposit paid is forfeited. If your schedule changes, please notify us as early as possible.
